1. Purpose

FaTö Design is a brand of artisanal textile creations, carefully crafted between Senegal and the Ivory Coast. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all purchases made on our website codeflowsolutions.wixstudio.com/fato-design. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC in their entirety.

2. Products

Each piece is handmade with a focus on authenticity and durability. Our fabrics are carefully selected, and each creation is unique, sometimes available in a single size or series. Product photos are contractually binding.

Some models can be reproduced upon request, with slight variations, to preserve the authenticity of each FaTö creation.

We regularly update our catalog. However, in the rare case where an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer an exchange or refund.

3.Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in CFA francs (XOF), including VAT but excluding delivery charges.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering via a secure platform (PayPal, VISA, or other available options).

For local deliveries (Dakar or Abidjan), cash on delivery is available:

Prepare the exact quantity for delivery.

We may decline the cash payment option for personalized or custom orders.

No banking information is stored on our website.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries are available to:

Senegal (local pickup available in Dakar)

Ivory Coast (local pickup available in Abidjan)

Europe (upon request by email)

Other regions (contact us directly)

Delivery costs are indicated before confirming your order, depending on the delivery method chosen. A tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please note that FaTö Design cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you wish to make a return:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions:

Promotional and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product, via the original payment method.

6. Personal Data

We respect your privacy. The data collected during your purchase is used solely for the processing and delivery of your order. It will never be resold or used for advertising purposes without your express consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The entire content of the website (texts, photos, logos, products, visuals, slogans) is the exclusive property of FaTö Design. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written permission.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing agreement, the competent court of the Senegalese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
