  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your payment has been successfully verified.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • If there is a processing delay due to high demand, stock availability, or verification issues, we will notify you by email or phone.


Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time).


b. International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days

Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days


Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. International deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance or unforeseen issues with the carrier.

Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping for all orders over 90,000 CFA francs.

  • Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Express shipping rates will be shown at checkout and vary by location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed.

  • You can track your order directly through our website tracking page or through the carrier's online portal.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

  • FaTö Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders require a valid shipping address. In some countries, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost:

  • We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated on the status.

  • If loss is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund. Damaged or Missing Items.

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Our team will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Some items (e.g., jewelry, high-value goods) may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to legal restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if delivery to your location is not possible.


Order Changes and Cancellations
